We're a small founding team moving fast, looking for people who want to build something that matters to coaches and athletes everywhere.
LockerRoom is hiring its first Head of Basketball. This person owns the basketball vertical of the platform. Your job is simple: help make LockerRoom the tool basketball programs run on.
You'll build relationships with coaches, bring teams onto the platform, and help shape how LockerRoom works for basketball programs. This is a founding team role. You're not joining a department — you're building one.

Basketball coaches already use three or four tools and still feel like nothing works together. Plays get diagrammed on a whiteboard, photographed, and sent through a group chat. Scouting reports live in a Google Drive folder nobody opens. Players show up to the next practice having forgotten half the sets from the day before and coaches spend the first twenty minutes re-teaching instead of executing.
LockerRoom changes that. The Head of Basketball is the person who brings that change to the sport they love.
LockerRoom is hiring its first Head of Lacrosse. This person owns the lacrosse vertical of the platform. Your job is simple: help make LockerRoom the tool lacrosse programs run on.

Lacrosse coaches spend half of every practice installing the same man-up sets and clears they ran last season. Players take photos of the whiteboard, lose them in their camera roll, and show up to the next practice having forgotten half of it. Coordinators rebuild ride schemes from scratch every year because there is no good place to store any of it.

LockerRoom is a communication and coordination platform with an animated play learning engine. The sports technology out there is either bad or unnecessarily bureaucratic. We're early, we're moving fast, and working hard to change that.
We're looking for a Software Engineer Intern who wants to build, not observe. You'll work directly on the product, ship real features, and have a say in how things get built. If you want a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup operates, this is it.
This isn't a "shadow a senior engineer" internship.
Your work ships. You'll make decisions, see the results, and learn incredibly fast.
